Giman Free Beach Resort & Spa, Sri Lanka
AYUBOWAN! WELCOME TO A WORLD OF HAPPINESS & WELLBEING
Untouched for three decades, the coral reef and shallow waters created within the bay set a fascinating location for Giman Free Beach Resort & Spa. The barrier reef is home to a variety of tropical fish as well as offering sightings of whales, dolphins, mantra rays, reef sharks and other exotic sea creatures. This underwater habitat provides a perfect diving spot for tourists. This setting of a private beach makes a perfect heaven for the discerning tourist and an ideal holiday. The vegetation from the main road to the property, cutting the guest off from the urban and busy life, adds to the ambience of the location.
A uniquely designed Yoga Center is one of the very few you will find in Sri Lanka. The Yoga Center blends with its environment and organic farming and lush vegetation add a unique setting for the traveler. Yoga exercises and meditation programs are conducted in many unique locations within the Resort to offer the clients an experience that will last a lifetime. Organic produce from its own garden is served (on availability) to give clients the best of all, complimenting the Herbal ingredients used by Ayurveda treatment.

Our Concept evolves around organic vegetables that are grown in the Resort. Vegetable are Handpicked by clients before their meals are prepared by the staff. It is our practice that we do not refrigerate unless there is a food shortage in the market in the foreseeable future.
We strictly believe that refrigeration is minimal so that the produce is cooked freshly. We also have a wide range of seafood, fresh from the ocean supplied to the Resort by the traditional fisherman in just opposite the Resort.
